The rules that govern how ZiiYou works and how you can use our platform, events, and services. Also A clear look at what data we collect, why we use it, and how we keep your information protected.
Welcome to ZiiYou!
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our mobile application, ZiiYou (“the App”), and our website www.zappit.dk (“the Website”). By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
In order to participate in events through the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date. Accounts are personal and may not be shared with others.
ZiiYou offers two types of events:
Private events may only be created by private individuals. Business customers, including companies, associations, restaurants, and cafés, may not create private events through the App. However, they may use our services for a fee through the App or under a separate agreement. Misuse may result in account termination and legal claims.
Prizes may be included in both official and private events, but prizes are not required.
If no prizes are offered, there are no obligations regarding prize distribution.
ZiiYou is not responsible for technical errors or outages that may affect your use of the App or Website. Participation in events is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory Danish law.
When you upload content (such as images, videos, or text) to the App, you grant ZiiYou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content in accordance with the purpose of the service. Content will always be processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable copyright law.
When creating an account, you consent to us sending you emails containing information about our services, events, and offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us.
We will only send marketing communications where you have provided your explicit consent in accordance with applicable marketing legislation.
ZiiYou reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be published on www.zappit.dk and/or in the App. By continuing to use the services after the changes have been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Danish courts, with the courts in Copenhagen as the court of first instance.

We make exploration active, collaborative, and memorable.
Instead of simply attending, people participate.
Instead of listening, they discover.
Instead of following, they play.
Traditional events often struggle to keep participants engaged.
